12:00am – There are no customers in the restaurant. Paries and Armani are standing around the front talking while Derrick is in the kitchen prepping soup. Paries is checking her phone and Armani is wearing an airpod.

12:03am – Two men enter and go to the register. Paries greets them. They speak briefly and the men leave without ordering. Why?

12:04am – Armani paces between the kitchen and front area while chatting with Derrick. Paries sits on the server counter on her phone.

12:16am – Cusomer 1 enters and goes to the register. Paries gets up to greet him. Because she is sitting.

12:17am – Paries rings in a takeout order for customer 1. (Order #001-96488) Customer 1 pays cash. Armani sits on the customer counter near the register.

12:18am – Paries gets customer 1 the drink he ordered then returns to sitting on the server counter on her phone. Customer 1 and Armani stand around talking. Derrick is still in the kitchen working on prep.

12:27am – Customer 1 leaves. Armani returns to pacing around.

12:32am – Customer 2 enters and goes to the register. Paries gets up to greet him and rings in his takeout order. (Order #001-96489)

12:34am – Paries processes customer 2’s card payment while Armani starts to get the customer drinks. Derrick begins working on the order in the kitchen.

12:37am – Armani talks with customer 2 while Paries finishes getting the drinks for the order.

12:41am – Derrick packs up the order for customer 2 and hands it Armani to give to the customer.

12:43am – Customer 2 leaves. Derrick tidies up the kitchen area.

12:46am – Paries sits on the server counter again on her phone. Armani goes to the kitchen to talk with Derrick and look at something on Derrick’s phone.

12:51am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-32839) Derrick begins working on the order. Armani helps him.

1:01am – Another online order comes in. (DD Order #999-32840)

1:06am – Derrick packs up the first online order and Armani staples the bag shut and sets it on the counter. Derrick continues working on the other online order.

1:07am – A man walks in holding up cash and goes to the register. Armani greets him and gets him change for a $20 from the register. Two more people enter. Paries gets up to greet them. She informs them that they are only accepting takeout orders and the leave.

1:09am – The man getting change leaves. Paries returns to the server counter. Armani hangs around talking to her.

1:11am – Armani goes back to the break table

1:12am – Derrick packs up the second online order and sets it on the counter. He then cleans up.

1:13am – Armani gets himself a to-go cup of apple juice. Juice is not a free beverage for employees. To-go 12oz apple juice - $3.79

1:14am – A delivery driver comes in to pick up one of the online orders. Armani confirms the order with thr dasher and the dasher leaves.

1:16am – Armani sits down at a booth and checks his phone. Customer 3 enters and goes to the register. Paries gets up to greet her and rings in her order. (Order #001-96490)

1:18am – Two online orders come in. (DD Order #999-32841 & UE Order #999-32842) Armani goes to the kichen to help Derrick work on the online orders. Customer 3 searches her pockets for money then walks out without paying or receiving her order. Her order was voided @ 5:21am

1:20am – Customer 3 returns. Paries rings in her order again. (Order #001-96491) Customer 3 pays with a card. While the customer signs her receipt, Paries packs her order. A man enters and tries using the bathroom but Armani and Paries let him know the restroom is for customers only so he leaves.

1:24am – Paries hands customer 3 her order and she leaves. Customer 4 enters and sits at the counter to look over the menu. Paries greets him and gives him time to look at the menu.

1:25am – Customer 5 enters and goes to the register.

1:26am – Customer 4 leaves without placing an order. Paries rings in an order for customer 5. (Order #001-96492) Derrick packs up one of the online orders and sets it on the counter. He then begins the order for customer 5. Armani is helping him.

1:27am – Customer 5 pays cash for his order then sits at the counter to wait.

1:29am – Customer 5 wants a water to go. Paries rings it in and the customer pays cash. (Order #001-96493)

1:30am – A delivery driver enters to pick up one of the online orders. Paries confirms the order, hands it to the dasher and the dasher leaves.

1:31am – Paries gets customer 4 his water.

1:32am – Paries takes the empty pot of chili out of the soup warmer and goes to the kitchen to get the fresh pot Derrick prepared.

1:35am – A delivery driver enters to pick up an online order. Paries confirms the order, hands it to the dasher and the dasher leaves.

1:39am – Derrick packs up the order for customer 5 and hands it to Paries. Paries hands it to the customer and he leaves.

1:40am – Derrick work on prep in the kitchen. Armani leans on the beverge counter and checks his phone. Paries leans at the register on her phone.

1:41am – Another delivery driver enters to pick up an online order. The order is not yet packed so Paries packs it up.

1:44am – Paries hands the order to the dasher and the dasher leaves.

1:45am – Derrick finishes prep and paces the kitchen. Paries and Armani stand around near the register.

1:50am – 3 customers enter together, go to the register and look over the menu.

1:53am – The 3 customers leave without placing an order. Paries is standing around the register on her phone. Derrick is pacing the kitchen and Armani goes to the restroom.

1:57am – Derrick unloads the dishwasher. Paris sits on the server counter on her phone.

1:59am – Two customers come in and go to the register. Paries gets up to greet them. After she informs them they are only accepting takeout orders, the customers leave.

2:00am – A delivery driver enters to pick up an online order. Paries confirms the order, hands it to the dasher and the dasher leaves.
