Ganon clocked in @ 5:41am. She was not in full uniform. She was missing her hat/visor.

Hours viewed – 6:00am-8:00am

6:00am – There is one 3rd shift customer still in the restaurant. He paid for his order @5:36am. (Order #001-114155) Ganon and Margaret are standing around talking.

6:03am – Margaret plates an order of wedges for herself and sets it on the counter. Her order was rung on 3rd shift @5:55am. (Order #001-114157)

6:04am – Customer 1 enters and sits at a booth. Ganon greets him while Margaret gets him a drink.

6:05am – Margaret goes to the register and rings in the order for customer 1. (Order #001-114158) Ganon goes to the kitchen to make the order.

6:06am – Margaret begins eating her food at the end of the beverage counter.

6:11am – Ganon plates the order for customer 1 and takes it out to him. Margaret is loading the dishwasher rack.

6:14am – Customers 2&3 enter together and sit at a booth. Margaret greets them and gets them waters. She then goes to the register to ring in their order. (Order #001-114159)

6:16am – Ganon works on the new order.

6:18am – Margaret makes a fresh pot of coffee. She then checks on customer 1 and gets him a drink refill.

6:20am – Margaret continues eating.

6:22am – Ganon plates the order for customers 2&3 and Margaret takes it out to them. Ganon then goes to the register and rings in a discounted order for herself. (Order #001-114160)

6:24am – Ganon pays for her order then goes to the kitchen to make it. Margaret puts away a few dishes from the dishwasher.

6:26am – Customer 4 enters and sits at a booth. Margaret greets him, gets him a drink, then goes to the register to ring in his order. (Order #001-114161) Ganon begins eating her order and working on the order for customer 4.

6:27am – Margaret checks on customer 1 and clears away his empty dishes.


6:30am – Margaret goes to the register to ring in the order for customers 5&6. (Order #001-114162) Ganon is in the kitchen working on orders.

6:31am – Margaret checks on customers 2&3 and clears away empty dishes.

6:32am – Ganon plates the order for customer 4 and takes it out to him.

6:34am – Customers 2&3 go to the register to pay. Margaret processes their card payment and they leave. Margaret then clears off the table they left. Ganon plates the order for customers 5&6 and takes it out to them.

6:36am – The 3rd shift customer now leaves. Margaret clears off his table

6:37am – Customer 2 goes to the register to pay. Margaret goes to the register to process his card payment and he leaves. Margaret clears off his table. Ganon is in the kitchen eating her food.

6:42am – Both Ganon and Margaret are standing around talking.

6:44am – Margaret checks on cutomers 5&6 and gets then coffee refills. Ganon clears away their empty dishes and stands around talking to them.

6:49am – Ganon gets a drink refill for customer 4. Margaret is talking with Brenda who is waiting for Pam at a booth.

6:52am – Brenda goes to the office with Pam. Customer 4 hands Margaret cash to pay for his order. Margaret goes to the register to process the payment.

6:57am – Customers 5&6 hands Ganon cash to pay for their order and leave. Ganon goes to the register to process the payment. She then clears off their table.

6:58am – Margaret goes outside.

7:00am – Ganon loads the dishwasher rack then stands near the office talking with Brenda and Pam.

7:03am – Margaret returns from outside.

7:04am – Customer 4 leaves. Ganon stands around talking with Brenda and Margaret. Margaret clears off the table customer 4 left.

7:10am – While standing around talking, Ganon pulls out her phone to show something to Margaret.

7:15am – Margaret now pulls out her phone as well.

7:24am – customer 7 enters and sits at a booth. Ganon goes to the kitchen to wait for the order to be rung. Margaret greets customer 7, gets his drink, then goes to the register to ring in the order. (Order #001-114163)

7:30am – Ganon plates the order for customer 7 and Margaret takes it out to him.

7:32am – Both Ganon and Margaret go outside while Ganon smokes.

7:37am – Ganon and Margaret return from outside and stand around talking and looking at their phones.

7:39am – A man walks in. Margaret seems to hand him a cigarette and he leaves. Ganon and Margaret continue talking and looking at their phones.

7:42am – Customer 7 sets cash on the table and leaves. Margaret picks up the cash and takes it to the register to process the payment. She then clears off the table he just left. Ganon is still standing around on her phone.

7:47am – Ganon and Margaret stand around talking.

7:57am – Customer 8 enters and sits at a booth. Margaret greets him then goes to the register to ring in his order. (Order #001-114164)

7:58am – Customer 9 enters and sits at a booth. Ganon greets him and gets him a drink. Ganon then goes to the kitchen to work on the order for customer 8. Margaret gets customer 8 his drink. It appears customer 9 is waiting on someone to join him. His order was later rung in @ 8:13am. (Order #001-114166)
