Jackie clocked in @ 9:56pm. She was in full uniform.

Hours viewed – 12:30am-2:30am

12:30am – Jackie is in the kitchen working on an online order that came in @ 12:27am. (DD Order #999-23238) Customer 1 is in the restaurant and already done eating. (Order #001-111937) She goes to the register and asks Jackie for a to-go box. When Jackie hands customers 1 the box, the customer hands Jackie cash to pay for her order. Jackie takes the cash to the register to process the payment.

12:31am – Jackie returns to the kitchen to work on the online order. Customer 1 leaves.

12:35am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-23239) A delivery driver also enters to pick up an online order that was completed earlier. (DD Order #999-23237) Jackie hands the dasher the order then returns to the kitchen to continue working on orders.

12:43am – Another online order comes in. (DD Order #999-23240) Jackie is still in the kitchen working on orders.

12:46am – A delivery driver enters to pick up one of the online orders. Jackie packs up the order, hands it the dasher and he leaves.

12:48am – Jackie returns to the kitchen to work on the remaining orders.

12:56am – Jackie packs up the online orders and sets them on the counter. She then cleans off the table customer 1 left.

12:57am – Jackie goes outside for a smoke break. She is only outside for a few seconds before returning inside.

12:58am – Customer 2 enters and goes to the register. Jackie rings in his order. (Order #001-111938) The customer hands Jackie cash to pay for his order. Jackie processes the payment then goes to the kitchen to work on the order.

1:02am – A delivery driver enters to pick up the remaining online orders. Jackie hands him the orders and he leaves. Jackie returns to the kitchen.

1:06am – Jackie packs up the order for customer 2 in a to-go box. She hands the box to customer 2 and he leaves. Customers 3-5 enter together and sit at a booth.

1:07am – Jackie greets customers 3-5 and gets them waters.

1:08am – Jackie goes to the register and rings in the customers order. (Order #001-111939)

1:11am – Jackie goes to the kitchen to work on the order.

1:13am – Customers 6&7 enter together and sit at the counter.

1:16am – Jackie plates the appetizer for customers 3-5 and takes it out to them. She then goes to the register where she greets customers 6&7 and rings in their takeout order. (Order #001-111940)

1:18am – Jackie gets customers 6&7 their drinks then returns to the kitchen.

1:24am – Jackie plates the rest of the order for customers 3-6 and takes it out to them. She then returns to the kitchen.

1:26am – Jackie packs up the takeout order for customers 6&7 and sets it on the counter since the customers stepped outside.

1:28am – Customers 6&7 return from outside and go to the register. Jackie hands them their order and processes their card payment. Customers 6&7 leave.

1:30am – Jackie goes to the kitchen and checks her phone.

1:36am – Jackie checks on customers 3-5 then returns to standing in the kitchen on her phone.

1:46am – Customers 3-6 get ready to leave. Jackie goes to the register. Customers hand Jackie cash to pay for their order then leave.

1:48am – Jackie goes outside for another smoke break. An online order comes in. (UE Order #999-23241)

1:52am – Jackie returns from her smoke break. She goes to the kitchen, washes her hands and works on the online order.

1:56am – Another online order comes in. (DD Order #999-23242) Jackie continues to work on orders.

2:03am – Jackie packs one of the online orders and sets it on the counter before returning to the other order.

2:07am – Jackie packs up the other online order and sets it on the counter as well. She then stands around and checks her phone.

2:08am – A delivery driver enters to pick up one of the online orders. Jackie hands him the order and he leaves. Jackie then goes to the restroom.

2:10am – Another delivery driver enters to pick up the other online order.

2:12am – Jackie returns from the restroom, hands the dasher the order and the dasher leaves. Jackie goes back to the kitchen to check her phone.

2:27am – Customer 8 enters and sits at the counter. Jackie greets her and goes to the register to ring in her order. (Order #001-111941)
2:29am – Jackie processes a card payment for customer 8 then goes to the kitchen to work on the order.
