Hours viewed – 10:00pm-12:00am

10:00pm – There are no customers in the restaurant. Both Logan and Tana are standing around, checking their phones and chatting.

10:07pm – Logan checks freezers in the kitchen to see if anything needs to be restocked. Tana restocks to-go containers under the customer counter.

10:08pm – Logan returns to standing at the end of the counter, on his phone. Tana stands around near the soup counter, also on her phone.

10:11pm – Customer 1 enters and sits at the counter. Tana greets him and gets him a drink. Logan go to the kitchen to wait for the order to be rung.

10:12pm – Tana goes to the register and rings in the order for customer 1. (Order #001-69033) Customer 1 hands cash to Tana to pay for his order. She takes it to the register to process the payment. Logan works on the order in the kitchen.

10:16pm – Logan goes to the register and rings in a discounted order for himself along with a no bev order. (Order # 001-69034 & 001-69035) He then returns to the kitchen to continue working on the customer order. Tana is standing near the customer counter, talking with customer 1.

10:18pm – Logan plates the order for customer 1 and takes it to him. Logan then returns to the kitchen to work on his own order.

10:26pm – Logan plates his food and sets it on the back prep counter.

10:28pm – Tana goes to the back prep table where Logan shares his food with her. Logan takes a bite then goes to the end of counter to chat with customer 1 while Tana eats.

10:30pm – Tana returns to standing near the counter. Logan goes back to the kitchen to eat more.

10:36pm – Logan finishes eating, rinses his dish, and washes his hands. He then gets customer 1 a drink refill. Tana is still standing around checking her phone and Logan joins her.

10:46pm – Tana clears away empty dish from customer 1 and takes it to the sink to rinse. She then returns to standing around and checking her phone.

10:49pm – Tana goes to the back prep table to finish eating. She puts her plate in the sink and goes back to chatting with Logan and customer 1.

10:55pm – Two online orders come in. (DD Order #999-20845 & 999-20846) Logan washes his hands then works on the orders. Tana chats with customer 1 while checking her phone.

10:59pm – Another online order comes in. (DD Order #999-20847)

11:02pm – Logan packs up the first online order and sets it on the counter to be picked up. He then continues working on orders.

11:04pm – A delivery driver enters to pick up an online order. Tana hands her the order Logan made then the dasher has a seat at the customer counter to wait for another one of the orders.

11:10pm – Customer 1 leaves. Tana goes to the kitchen to help Logan pack up the remaining online orders.

11:11pm – Another delivery driver enters to pick up an online order. Tana hands her and the dasher seated at the counter the online orders just packed and they leave.

11:12pm – Logan tides up in the kitchen. Tana wipes down the counter.

11:13pm – Both Logan and Tana stand around checking their phones.

11:23pm – An online order comes in. (UE Order #999-20848) Logan goes to the kitchen to make the order.

11:30pm – Logan packs up the online order and sets it on the counter.

11:31pm – A delivery driver enters to pick up the online order. Tana hands it to him and he leaves. Logan goes to the walk-in freezer to restock something in the kitchen freezer. He then cleans the grill. Tana goes to the kitchen and runs the dishwasher.

11:34pm – Tana gets a towel and begins wiping down table sign holders.

11:36pm – Tana returns to standing around.

11:39pm – Logan works on prep in the kitchen.

11:42pm – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-20849) Tana goes to the kitchen to toast bread for the order. Logan also works on the order.

11:46pm – Tana gets the drink for the online order and sets it on the counter. She then returns to checking her phone.

11:49pm – Tana goes to the kitchen to finish packing the online order so Logan can continue doing prep.

11:50pm – Tana sets the online order on the counter, goes to the register, clocks out for break, and leaves.

12:00am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-20850) Logan works on the order.



Summary:

-Excessive phone usage. Should be working on tablet duties and prep, instead of standing/sitting around on the phone.

-Meals are to be eaten during your 30-minute meal break – Not before or after.

-Ring it, THEN bring it. ALL items must be rung in before being made/taken to the customer, INCLUDING DRINKS!
