12:00am – Customers 1&2 are already in the restaurant with their order. (Order #001-66577) Alyssa and Tana are standing around chatting.

12:01am – Tana goes to the register, clocks out for break, and goes outside.

12:02am – A delivery driver enters to pick up an online order that came in at 11:47pm. (DD Order #999-19665) Alyssa hands the dasher the order and he leaves.

12:03am – Alyssa goes to the register and rings in a discounted meal for herself. (Order #001-66578)

12:05am – Alyssa goes to the kitchen and begins making her order.

12:07am – Alyssa goes to the walk in to get items for prep.

12:08am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-19666) Alyssa begins making the order.

12:09am – Alyssa goes to the register, answers the phone and rings in a takeout order. (Order #001-66579)

12:12am – Alyssa returns to the kitchen to work on orders.

12:13am – Alyssa adds 2 slices of cheese to her food. Alyssa did not ring in the cheese slices. She then plates her order and sets it in the microwave. 2 slices of cheese - $0.84

12:14am – Alyssa packs up the online order and sets it on the counter. She then works on the phone order.

12:23am – Alyssa begins to pack up the phone order. Customer enters and goes to the register.

12:25am – Alyssa hands the customer at the register the phone order. Alyssa then processes his card payment and he leaves.

12:26am – Alyssa checks on customers 1&2, gets them waters and clears away their empty mugs. She then goes to the kitchen to tidy up around the grill.

12:28am – Alyssa begins working on the prep items she pulled from the walk-in earlier.

12:32am – Tana returns and clocks back in from break. She then stands around the kitchen while Alyssa tides up the prep she was working on.

12:33am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-19667) Tana begins working on the order.

12:35am – Alyssa gets the drink for the online order and sets it on the counter.

12:36am – Alyssa goes to the kitchen and warms her food in the microwave.

12:37am – Alyssa goes to the register and clocks out for break. She then stands at the back prep table to eat. Tana is still working on the online order.

12:39am – A delivery driver enters to pick up an online order. Alyssa comes out the kitchen to hand him the order from the counter and he leaves. Alyssa returns to the kitchen. Customers 3&4 enter together and both go to the restroom.

12:40am – Customer 3 returns from the restroom and sits at a booth. Alyssa greets him and gets him a coffee. She then returns to the kitchen and helps Tana work on the online order.

12:42am – A delivery driver enters to pick up the online order. He stands near the customer counter to wait for his order to be ready.

12:43am – Customer 4 returns from the restroom and joins customer 3 at a booth. Alyssa greets her and gets her a coffee as well.

12:44am – Alyssa goes to the register and rings in the drink order for customers 3&4. (Order #001-66580) She then returns to the kitchen to help Tana pack up the online order.

12:46am – Alyssa finishes eating then rinses her plate and puts it on a dish rack. Tana hands the packed online order to Alyssa and Alyssa hands it to the dasher waiting. Tana then tidies up the kitchen area.

12:48am – Tana & Alyssa both stand around near the register. Tana rings in a no bev order and closes it out right away. (Order #001-66581)

12:51am – Alyssa and Tana go to the walk in to grab something. Tana works on prep at the back counter.

12:56am – Alyssa checks on customers 3&4 then goes to the register to ring in their food order. She then gets the customers coffee refills. Tana begins working on their order.

12:58am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-19668)

1:03am – Tana plates the food for customers 3&4 and Alyssa takes then out to the customers.

1:04am – Tana works on the online order. Alyssa, who is technically still on break, steps away.

1:06am – Alyssa returns and clocks back in from break. She then goes to the back to unload the dishwasher.

1:08am – Alyssa checks on customers 1&2. Another online order comes in. (DD Order #999-19669)

1:10am – A delivery driver enters to pick up one of the online orders that Tana is still packing. Alyssa hands him the drink for the order.

1:11am – Alyssa hands the dasher the online order and he leaves. Tana works on the other online order.

1:13am – Alyssa goes to the back to work on prep.

1:20am – Alyssa checks on customers 3&4, gets them coffee refills, then clears away their empty plates. She then returns to prep work. Tana packs up the online order and sets it on the counter.

1:23am – Customers 1&2 go to the register to pay. Alyssa processes their card payment and they leave. Tana tidies up the kitchen area.

1:25am – Alyssa returns to prep work. An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-19670) Tana begins working on the order.

1:26am – Another online order comes in. (DD Order #999-19671) Alyssa cleans the table customers 1&2 left.

1:31am – Alyssa goes to the kitchen to help Tana.

1:35am – Tana and Alyssa pack up the online orders and set them on the counter.

1:38am – Tana works on prep. A delivery driver enters to pick up one of the online orders. Alyssa hands him an order and he leaves.

1:42am – Two more delivery drivers enter to pick up online orders. Alyssa hands them the orders and they leave. She then stands around chatting with Tana.

1:48am – Customers 3&4 go to the register to pay. Alyssa processes their cash payment and they leave.

1:49am – Alyssa sits on the soup counter and chats with Tana who is leaning on the customer counter.

1:53am – Alyssa gets up and her and Tana clean off the table customers 3&4 left.

1:57am – Alyssa goes to the register, answers the phone and rings in a takeout order. (Order #001-66582) Tana gets herself a drink then goes to the kitchen to work on the order.

Summary:

-Employees are forbidden from sitting on the job except in the break area while on meal break.

-Ring it, THEN bring it. ALL items must be rung in before being made/taken to the customer, INCLUDING DRINKS!

-ALL food items must be rung and paid for!
