Taylor clocked in @ 1:51pm. She was in full uniform.

Hours viewed – 7:00pm-9:00pm

7:00pm – There are no customers in the restaurant. Taylor is standing near the soup counter, checking her phone. Kyler is standing near to the server tablet also checking his phone.

7:02pm – Kyler goes to the kitchen and tidies up a bit.

7:05pm – Taylor goes out back for a smoke break.

7:08pm – customer 1 enters and sits at the counter. Kyler greets him, gets him a drink, and returns with a handheld to ring in the customers order. (Order #004-29428) Taylor returns from her smoke break.

7:10pm – Taylor returns to standing around near the register. Kyler goes to the kitchen to work on the customers order.

7:14pm – Customer 2 enters and sits at the counter. Taylor greets him, rings in his order at the register, then goes to get his drink. Customer 2 brought their own food and only ordered a drink. (Order #001-70247)

7:17pm – Kyler plates the order for customer 1 hands it to Taylor to give to customer.

7:18pm – Kyler checks his phone then sets it back down and checks the tablet duties. He then checks on customer 1 and gets him a small to-go box before returning to kitchen duties. Taylor is standing near the register chatting with customers.

7:25pm – Customer 1 packs up the rest of his food then goes to the register to pay. Taylor processes his card payment and he leaves.

7:27pm – A GrubHub order comes in. (Order #001-70248) Kyler begins working on the order. Taylor gets customer 2 a coffee refill then cleans off the counter space customer 1 had been at.

7:30pm – Customer 2 hands Taylor cash to pay for his order. Taylor takes it to the register to process the payment.

7:31pm – Customer 2 leaves. Taylor cleans off the counter.

7:33pm – Taylor stands around near the counter checking her phone. Kyler packs up the GrubHub order and sets it on the counter. He then cleans up the grill area and works on kitchen duties.

7:49pm – Taylor gets herself a drink refill then sits on the soup counter for a moment before returning to leaning on the counter and checking her phone.

7:51pm – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-21687) the order is only for a cup of soup so Taylor packs the order and sets it on the counter.

7:54pm – Taylor returns to leaning on and checking her phone. Kyler unloads the dishwasher.

7:56pm – A delivery person enters to pick up the online order. Taylor hands it to the dasher and he leaves.

8:00pm – Kyler sweeps the kitchen.

8:03pm – Kyler combines the trash bins in the kitchen. Taylor stands around.

8:09pm – Taylor puts away items that came out the dishwasher. Kyler gets himself a drink refill.

8:11pm – Kyler leans on the prep table checking his phone.

8:16pm – Customer 3 enters and sits at the counter. Kyler puts away his phone and stands at the grill to wait for the order to be rung. Taylor greets customer 3, rings in his drink order on the handheld, then gets his drink. (Order #004-29429)

8:18pm – Taylor rings in the rest of customer 3’s order on the handheld. Kyler works on the order.

8:22pm – Customer 3 hands Taylor cash to pay for his order. She goes to the register and processes the payment. Kyler plates the order and takes it out to customer 3. Kyler then returns to the kitchen to tidy the grill area.

8:23pm – The GrubHub order Kyler prepared earlier is canceled by the customer. Kyler throws it away.

8:25pm – Kyler leans on the prep table checking his phone. Taylor goes into one of the storage rooms with no camera view.

8:27pm – Kyler begins to pace around the kitchen looking for things to do.

8:30pm – Customer 3 leaves. Kyler clears dishes off the counter. Taylor exits the storage room.

8:32pm – Kyler loads the dishwasher. Taylor wipes the counter clean.

8:34pm – Kyler deep cleans the grill top. Taylor dries off silverware that came out of the dishwasher.

8:38pm – Taylor returns to the back storage room.

8:42pm – Taylor exits the storage room again for a moment then goes right back in. Kyler finishes up cleaning the grill.

8:45pm – Kyler unloads the dishwasher and puts items away. Taylor comes out of the storage room again, still empty handed, and returns to checking her phone.
8:46pm – Kyler wipes down the kitchen counters and empties out the grills grease trap.

8:52pm – Kyler checks his phone at the prep table. Taylor breaks down the soda machine and runs it through the dishwasher.

8:58pm – Taylor gets a new sanitizer bucket for under the customer counter then wipes does the beverage counter. Kyler does the same with the buckets from the kitchen.
