Wendy clocked in @ 1:50pm. She was in full uniform.

Hours viewed – 2:30pm-4:30pm

2:30pm – There are no customers in the restaurant. There is one off duty employee sitting at a booth after giving some paperwork to Allison. Wendy is in the kitchen making a fresh pot of soup. Aeron is also in the kitchen working on prep.

2:32pm – Wendy wipes down the customer counter then rinses a pot in the sink.

2:33pm – The off duty employee leaves.

2:34pm – Wendy cleans off the glass doors.

2:38pm – Wendy goes to the restroom. Customers 1&2 enter together and sit at a booth. Aeron stops prep to greet them. He grabs a handheld and rings in their order. (Order #005-32358)

2:40pm – Wendy returns from the restroom. She gets the drinks for customers 1&2 while Aeron goes to the kitchen to work on the order.

2:43pm – Wendy restocks to-go cups & containers then wipes down the beverage station.

2:47pm – Wendy gets customers 1&2 a coffee refill.

2:48pm – Aeron plates the order for customers 1&2 and Wendy takes it to them. Aeron then tides up in the kitchen. Wendy restocks napkins throughout the restaurant.

2:50pm – Aeron returns to prep work. Wendy wipes down counters and cleans the soda machine..

2:57pm – Wendy dumps an old pot of soup and rinses the pot. Aeron is still working on prep.

2:58pm – Wendy checks on customers 1&2. Customers 3&4 enter together and sit at a booth. Wendy greets them.

3:01pm – Wendy gets customers 3&4 their drinks then goes to the register to ring in their order. (Order #001-69339)

3:04pm – Aeron begins making the order for customers 3&4. Wendy checks on customers 1&2 then goes back to wash a pot in the sink.

3:07pm – Wendy takes a fresh pot of soup from the stove to the soup warmers.
3:08pm – Wendy gets customers 3&4 a cup of coffee. She then goes to the register to add it to their order.

3:10pm – Aeron plates the order for customers 3&4 and sets it on the counter. Wendy takes the order to the customers.

3:12pm – Aeron returns to prep work. Wendy returns to the dishes.

3:14pm – Wendy checks on customers 1&2. Customer 5 enters and sits at a booth.

3:15pm – Wendy greets customer 5 and gets him a drink. Customer 1 goes to the register to pay.

3:16pm – Wendy goes to the register to process the cash payment for customer 1&2. Customer 1 returns to the booth with customer 2.

3:17pm – Wendy makes a fresh pot of coffee then grabs a handheld to ring in the order for customer 5. (Order #004-29112)

3:18pm – Customers 1&2 leave. Aeron begins making the order for customer 5.

3:19pm – Customers 6&7 enter together and sit at a booth. Wendy greets them, rings on their drink orders separately on a handheld, then get them their drinks. (Order #005-32359 & #000-6085)

3:22pm – Wendy rings in the rest of the orders for customers 6&7.

3:24pm – Aeron plates the order for customer 5 and takes it to him. He then returns to the kitchen to work on the orders for customers 6&7.

3:27pm – Wendy checks on customers 3&4 and gets them a to-go container. She then clears away their empty dishes.

3:30pm – Wendy cleans off the table customers 1&2 left and checks on customer 5.

3:32pm – Wendy checks on customers 3&4. They hand her a card to pay for their order. Wendy takes it to the register to process the payment. She returns the card to the customers and they leave.

3:34pm – Aeron plates the orders for customers 6&7 and Wendy takes the food to them. Aeron tides up his area. Wendy checks on customer 5 and gets him a drink refill. She then stands at the register chatting with customers.

3:39pm – Wendy clears away an empty dish from customer 5 and rinses it in the sink.

3:41pm – Customer 5 hands Wendy cash to pay for his order as he walks to the door to leave. Wendy takes the cash to the register to process the payment. Aeron is loading/running the dishwasher.

3:42pm – Customers 8&9 enter together and sit at a booth. Wendy greets them, goes to the register to ring in their drink order, then gets their drinks. (Order #001-69340)

3:45pm – Wendy cleans off the table customers 3&4 left. Aeron paces the kitchen waiting for customers 8&9 to place their order.

3:46pm – Aeron grabs a handheld and checks on customers 8&9. He then grabs a towel and wipes down a table.

3:47pm – Wendy goes to the register and rings in an employee discounted order for herself. (Order #001-69341)

3:49pm – Wendy goes to the kitchen to work on her order. Aeron checks on customers 6&7 and clears away empty dishes. He then gets a handheld and rings in the food order for customers 8&9.

3:51pm – Aeron goes to the kitchen to work on customer order. Allison comes out of the office and goes to the register to ring in a full price order for herself. (Order #001-69342) Aeron drops Allison’s order in the fryer.

3:52pm – Allison processes a cash payment for her order.

3:53pm – Wendy plates her food and sets it on the prep counter. She then checks on customers 6&7 and gets them a to-go box. Wendy goes to the register, clocks out for break, and goes to the break table to eat.

3:55pm – Allison plates her order, returns to the office to gather her things, and leaves. Aeron continues working on the order for customers 8&9.

3:58pm – Aeron plates the order for customers 8&9 and takes it out to them. He checks on customers 6&7 and clears away any empty plates.

4:00pm – Customer 6 goes to the register to pay for her order. Aeron processes her card payment. Customer 7 also goes to the register to pay. Aeron processes her card payment as well and both customers 6&7 leave.

4:02pm – Aeron cleans off the table customers 5 and 6&7 left.

4:06pm – Aeron paces around.

4:11pm – Aeron checks on customers 8&9, clears away their empty plates, then stands around near the register.

4:14pm – Customers 8&9 go to the register to pay. Aeron processes their card payment and they leave. He then cleans off their table.

4:18pm – Aeron paces around the restaurant.

4:26pm – Wendy returns and clocks back in from break. Aeron goes to the register and rings in an employee discounted order for himself. (Order #001-69343)

4:27pm – Wendy runs the dishwasher.

4:28pm – Aeron processes a cash payment for his order.

4:29pm – Aeron goes to the kitchen to make his order. Wendy goes to the register and processe

Bloodhound Security & Investigations has access to the client's employee handbook policies and required training procedures and considered the applicable materials in evaluating these observations.

• Wendy rang in her employee meal before preparing it, which matches the handbook requirement to ring employee meals before preparation.
• Wendy took her meal during the 3-5 pm 2nd-shift meal-break window, clocked out for break, and ate in the designated employee break area.
• Wendy returned from break at 4:26pm, consistent with the meal-break procedure requiring employees to clock back in when the meal break is complete.
