Bloodhound Reporting System

Bloodhound is used to document issues identified during video review, send reports to the store and internal recipients, and track employee signoff and follow-up.

Brief Overview

Recommended workflow for Melissa and Lissette:
While viewing video, take notes in a notepad first. When your review is complete, copy and paste those notes into a new Bloodhound report. Use Save Draft while working. When it is complete, click Submit Draft for Tom's Review. A saved draft is not considered submitted until that second button succeeds.

How To

  1. Review the video carefully. Confirm the store, date, approximate time range, and employees involved.
  2. Take notes in a notepad while reviewing. This helps organize the facts before entering them into the report.
  3. Create the report in Bloodhound. Enter the store, date, time range, employees/subject, and report details.
  4. Be factual and professional. Describe what is visible or known. Avoid assumptions or extra commentary.
  5. Copy and paste your completed notes into the report field. Use the toolbar if emphasis is needed.
  6. Choose recipients carefully. Confirm whether the store, internal recipients, or both should be selected.
  7. Use Save Draft while working. This saves progress and keeps the report editable. It does not email Tom.
  8. Submit the completed draft. Click Submit Draft for Tom's Review. Confirm the page says Tom was emailed. If it says the email failed, leave the report active and tell Tom or Melissa.
  9. Tom reviews the report. Tom may request edits or approve it. If edits are requested, make them in the same report—do not create another copy.
  10. Finalize only after approval. Finalizing locks the report fields.
  11. Send the finalized report. Confirm the store and internal recipients, then use Send Report. The report then enters the employee signoff/follow-up process.
